Grovefield House Wedding Photographer

Located in the small Buckinghamshire village of Taplow, the house was built in 1904 as the country residence of Henry Fleetwood Fuller, great grandson of the founder of the Fuller brewing business.

The hotel sits in seven acres of secluded gardens, making it perfect for a wedding celebration, and equally perfect for a few fun and romantic photos with your Grovefield House wedding photographer.

The generous grounds include a formally planted garden as well as natural meadow land and mature trees. In fact, there’s no end of stunning backdrops for any wedding photographer.

When I was working as a Grovefield House wedding photographer, it was a very hot day so it was quite a relief to retire to an airconditioned banqueting suite for the wedding breakfast.

The hotel is licenced for weddings in its Hamilton and Huntswood suites and can accommodate up to 120 guests.

The Huntswood suite overlooks the gardens to the rear and on a warm day guests can enjoy drinks and canapes on the terrace and lawned area beyond.

For a winter Grovefield House wedding, particularly with smaller wedding parties, guests can retire to the hotel’s cosy Paddocks Lounge.

In addition to its spacious banqueting suites, Grovefield House has 40 stylish bedrooms for guests travelling some distant and those that don’t wish to drive.

First Dance In The Huntswood Suite | Grovefield House Wedding 

You’ve already heard about the garden views from the Huntswood suite so I won’t labour the point. On a balmy summer evening it’s rather nice to have your first dance  as the sun sets across the garden and a gentle breeze comes through the open doors.

Of course if you don’t fancy that, shut the doors, turn on the aircon and dance the night away.
